A work group is preparing to travel to the Freeman Family at GOTM Brazil for 3 to 4 weeks over the Christmas Holiday. Exact dates are not yet determined. Projects that they can use help with are (will vary based on the skills of the team members):

- Continue construction on the Kitchen and Dining Hall at the Lebenshaus Discipleship Centre
- Flooring work
- General maintenance and painting
- Electrical work projects
- Helping with tutoring the children, doing special learning projects
- Sewing/mending projects
- Gardening projects

Also welcome are grandparents - just to come and give the children the blessing of having "adoptive grandparents".

Lord willing, the ACC Foundation is hoping to have a work team or teams go to Paraguay in December and January to continue work on the Adonai school cafeteria and classrooms. As always there will also be plenty of opportunities to work on painting the existing classrooms as well. The approximate dates are December 17 to January 1 for the December team and January 1 to January 18 for the second team if we have enough volunteers. As usual, those with time can come with the first team and return with the second team.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested so that we can purchase plane tickets for those who are committed to December. You will need passports and visas. If you purchased a multiple entry visa last year it may still be valid. In the past, we have been able to get visas in about 3 weeks from the New York consulate (including mailing time), but we will want to apply at least 8 weeks in advance to be safe. Unless we car pool to a central location, there may be additional flight expenses to fly to JFK, Miami, or another meeting point.
